CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Clarification Text has been prepared by Öz-Ka İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”), acting in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom it can be shared, methods of data collection, and your legal rights.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data, such as name, surname, phone number, and e-mail address, which you submit to us via the Information and Appointment Form on our website, are processed for the following purposes:
- Contacting you,
- Providing information regarding the project,
- Creating an appointment,
- Conducting promotion, campaign, advertisement, and marketing activities.
2. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, service providers, and, when necessary, official institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, in line with the purposes mentioned above.
3. Method of Personal Data Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website. This data is processed based on the legal grounds of "explicit consent" and "the necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract" as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
4. Your Rights Under KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Request rectification if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the erasure or destruction of personal data in accordance with KVKK,
- Request notification of the rectification or erasure operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
